HP PSC 2175 probleem

Goedeavond allemaal :).

Wij hebben zojuist een nieuwe printer gekregen, alles werkt. (hij print foto's uit van een memory stick en hij kan een blaadje/foto kopieren.) Wij gaan hem dus aansluiten op de computer. Kan niet. Drivertje zoeken en hij werkt. Nu wil ik iets proberen te scannen. Maar ik krijg een foutmelding. Weet iemand het op te lossen?

    Ervaring leert; ALTIJD de drivers eerst installeren, dan pas het apparaat inpluggen.

    Alle drivers eraf gooien, stekkertje eruit, Drivers installeren, stekker erin douwen als hij erom vraagt.

    Zo bespaar je je een hoop moeite.

    USB zit ook vast.
