    Je doet dit met het programma: Vice City GXT Editor. Deze is hier te downloaden. Als je het bestand hebt moet je het openen en op load klikken je moet dan het American.GXT bestand kiezen ( C -> Program Files -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto Vice City -> TEXT). Er zitten namelijk een hoop dingen in dus je moet even goed zoeken naar de goede tekst. Verder kan je er ook de ondertiteling en plaatsnamen mee veranderen. Nog een beetje onduidelijk, dan zeg het maar :)
