    Dat zou kunnen kloppen, dit is namelijk ook niet in GTAIII. In het spel GTA Vice City was dit voor het eerst ingevoegd, en is nooit meer afgeschaft. Als het goed is, heb je een kaart bijgekregen wanneer je GTAIII hebt gekocht. Met die kaart zul je het moeten doen.
