Bewegende plaatjes met CS3 Extended

Beste mensen,

Ik durf de vraag bijna niet te stellen, maar ik word echt helemaal gek van het zoeken.

Ik wil een pic ontwerpen met Adobe Creative Suite 3 Extended.

Maar nu kan ik nergens een tut vinden die aan CS3 voldoet.

Wie kan mij helpen.

Hierbij een aantal links met hetgeen wat ik wil proberen te maken.
