Installatie probleem

Beste leden,

Als ik Photoshop CS3 wil instaleren, krijg ik dit bericht:

Nu heb ik internet gewoon aan, maar óók als ik hem uit heb en alles heb afgesloten geeft hij dit aan. Kan iemand me helpen?

    Heb je msn ook afgesloten voor dat je ging instaleren

    Ja, dat heb ik. Ik had alles afgesloten op die balk rechtsonder en mijn internet uitgeschakeld.... :)

    Als je je pc afsluit doet hij dat direct of moet je dan nog een programma afsluiten want in dat geval houd die programma hem vast
