406 error en plaatje laad mee?

Ik heb een eror op mijn website genaamd 406, dan opent hij speciale pagina's niet.

Nu probeerde ik in mijn htacces bestand modsecurtyengine off ofzo, maar dat helpt niet.

Heeft het iets te maken dat ik iets moet doen in cpanel als 2de?

En bij elke pagina die ik open krijg ik een plaatje meegeladen, dat zie ik in de lijst van de eerdere bezochte website's.

Maar hoe los ik dit op? De back button werkt hierdoor niet goed.

Owja, ik gebruik IPB2.
