    Volgensmij is hij pas beschikbaar na 'From Zero To Hero', dat is bij alle vliegtuigen en helikopters het geval. Ook speelt de missie die je met de Biplane moet doen zich af in heel Vice City, dus daarvoor moet je minstens het tweede eiland geunlocked hebben. Als je eenmaal in de Biplane zit dan moet je twee keer op de up toets op je keypad drukken om te missie te stoppen, en dan kan je met de Biplane doen wat je wilt :)
