Problemen met Windows

Hallo allemaal,

ik heb sinds een lange tijd problemen met mijn Windows. Ik gebruik Windows XP Profession SP2. Soms als ik bezig ben komt er een foutmelding van explorer.exe* en sluit deze af. Dus moet ik CTRL-ALT-DEL doen om het proces weer te starten. Niet dat dit beschadigend is, maar het is wel ontiegelijk vervelend, vooral als ik een bestand van 2GB aan het kopieren ben en opeens het ophoudt met werken. Ohja, en de laatste tijd moet ik ook meteen drwtsn.exe beëindigen om explorer.exe weer op te kunnen starten. Dus heeft iemand engige suggesties om deze problemen de wereld uit te helpen?

* = gebruikersomgeving** = pictogrammen, mappenbrowser, taakbalk en dat soort dingen, dus niet Internet Explorer
