Can u give me SA:MP empty mods?

Hey Farkas, welcome to the forum.

For SA-MP are no mods, you only can mod your GTA game. For SA-MP will count some mods too, like car mods or other texture mods. So, for the game SA-MP itself, are no mods. If you want some objects, you can make a script for a gamemode with the 'CreateObject' settings.

Yes, but i don't understand create a new gamemod...I search gamemod, that not empty, and haven't car.

Oh, if I understand you correctly, you want a full gamemode what is finished, but without any vehicles? Well, look around at the SA-MP Forum, there are a lot of downloadable gamemodes. The only thing you have to do, is delete al the 'AddStaticVehicle' lines.
