Member groepen ?

Helemaal onderin bij de index van Gtaforum zie je ''Groepen:

Administrators, Global Moderators, Moderators'' ect.

Ik heb gelezen dat je dat erin kan bouwen alleen hoe moet dit ?

Kan iemand mij uitleggen wat je precies moet doen en waar je het kan downloaden,ik weet dat het begin met Member Groepen verder kan ik geen informatie geven :N .

    BTW: Was hier ook geen mod voor op Invsionsize?
