Nee, dit is de zogenaamde Hot Coffee Mod, dus een mod die een 'ongebruikte minigame in San Andreas beschikbaar maakt'. Je kunt veel informatie lezen op deze pagina van WikiGTA. ;)

waar kan ik dat downloaden ? op die site van die patrick W. staat het niet volgens mij

Naast de informatie die je op WikiGTA kunt vinden, geven wij verder geen informatie en/of downloadlinks naar deze modificatie. De Hot Coffee mod heeft namelijk veel onrust veroorzaakt bij Rockstar. Daarom hebben wij besloten om hier niet verder op in te gaan, en dus geen downloadlinks mogen verspreiden.
