Plaatjes verkleinen tot 800 x 600

Heeft iemand een idee hoe ik zo'n plaatje van rond de 1000 × 1000 verklein tot 800 x 600 ?

    Ik gebruik altijd paint, simpelste wat er is :puh:

    Je opent dat plaatje, dan naar afbeelding - uitrekken/hellen - en dan vul je bij uitrekken horizontaal en vertikaal bijvoorbeel 50% in en dan is het plaatje 50 % verkleint.. Bij afbeeling - kenmerken zie je de precieze grote in pixels..
