Ik weet. En ik ben vast niet de enige. Dit was al zo in GTA3 en het heeft één simpele reden: ruimtebesparing. Niemand komt toch op die daken omdat je toch niet hoort te vliegen. Maar ja je hebt modders en mensen die goed om kunnen gaan met psp enzo, en dus kun je nu vliegen.
