    Health kun je krijgen door in een Ambulance te stappen (waardoor je health gereset wordt) of door een pickup op te pakken. Een Ambulance kun je op deze locaties vinden; bij de ziekenhuizen dus. Health kan je wel vinden, op deze locaties. Pak hem op en je health wordt hersteld. Wat misschien wel handig is: door middel van de Paramedic missies kun je je maximale health verhogen.
