patch 1.01 wil niet instaleren help!

heey ik wil graag de patch instaleren die heet iets van SA_US_upd.exe alleen dit lukt niet ik heb gta op de (D)schijf staan alleen hij vraagt om het bestand gta_sa.exe nou ik ga naar (D/programfiles/rockstargames/gtasa) en dat staat daar tog gta_sa.exe nou ik ga ik verder geeft hij deze foutmelding(Old file not found a file of the same name was found, no file was update done since file contenst do not match) wie weet wat ik verkeert doe help me please!!!

PS:er zit geen crack ofzo overheen en et is van een orginele cd dus niet gedownload ofzo

    Geen idee waar aan dat ligt, maar probeer eens aan andere, bijvoorbeeld deze.
