Problemen met IMG Tool

Hey ik wil een paar mods gebruiken voor GTA SA maar dan heb ik IMG Tool 2.0 nodig.

als ik die gedownload heb en wil openne krijg ik een fout melding, maar dan kan ik wel gewoon op File>Open drukken maar als ik dat doet kan ik vervolgens niks maar aanklikken hoe kan ik dan toch nog mods installe?:( Ik heb ook al een keer SAMI geprobeerd maar toen ik dat deed kon ik GTA opnieuw installere:( kan iemand me helpe?? ik heb trouwens windows vista is dat misschien het probleem? alvast bedankt
