HELP! over SCM hook

Ik wou een mod instaleren voor gta.

Ik heb nou een heel groot gebouw van b.a.s.e. misschien kennen jullie het wel het is een groot gebouw op de hele hooge berg.

Om er op te komen moet je boven de hoogte meter maar normaal stopt hij gewoon als hij bij het einde van de teller is daarom moest ik scm hook downloade alleen mijn probleem is Hoe werkt het met instaleren????

Want ik doe gewoon die loader openen en dan werkt niks moet ik ergens nog wat neerzetten ik heb het wel uitgepakt. In die readme file is het ook onduidelijk

Kan iemand me helpen?? please
