Drivers Updaten: Medion GeFore TI 4200

Hallo

Ik wil dingen opnemen met Fraps maar ik heb problemen. Fraps zegt dat ik mijn drivers moet updaten. Ik heb de videokaart Medion GeFore TI 4200. Ik dus zoeken op de website van NVIDIA maar weet niet welke ik moet doen. Wie weet welke drivers ik nodig heb.

En dan nog een vraag, Kan iemand mij stap voor stap uitleggen hoe je je drivers update etc. en dat het ook goed gaat?
