PLAYSTATION Network problemen

Ik heb een paar uur geleden een nieuwe PS3 gekocht. Ik heb GTA IV erin gepopt. Nu wil ik online multiplayer spelen. Dus ik heb PLAYSTATION Network maar geactiveert. Nu doe alles goed, bij stap 2 loopt het niet zo soepel. Als ik het heb ingevuld krijg ik een melding die luidt:

De aanmeldings-id en wachtwoord combinatie zijn onjuist.

Controleer uw invoergegevens zorgvuldig a.u.b
