    Dat doe je door simpelweg te oefenen. Oefen op straat eens met een aantal wapens, schiet de voetgangers neer. Als je ze er velen moeiteloos kunt neerhalen, start dan eens een rampage. Als je in een gebied geen gangmembers ziet, kijk dan eens een paar seconden de andere kant op om vervolgens terug te kijken: waarschijnlijk zijn er nu wel gangmembers.

    Wat misschien ook wel een handige tip zou zijn is om een voertuig cheat in te toetsen.

    Dan kun je vervolgens je doelwitten gemakkelijk overijden. :)( Tenzij je niet aan cheats doet.)
