    First Aid kits zijn eerste hulp koffertjes. In GTA IV ziet dit eruit als een groen koffertje met een wit kruis erop. Wanneer je door zo'n koffertje loopt zal je health (gezondheid/levens) stijgen, in de vorige GTA's waren dit hartjes.

    Als je door zo'n koffertje loopt met een volle health zal je natuurlijk niets stijgen. Dus van zodra je een klein beetje health af hebt, wat je kan zien aan het groene rond de radar, kan je door een first aid kit lopen.
