windows update

ik heb een probleempje met windows update vandaag zijn 13 nieuwe updates geinstalleerd op mijn computer maar een update is mislukt bij het installeren het is een update voor microsoft works versie 8 wat is er precies aan de hand en wat moet ik doen voor die update geinstalleerd te krijgen

    Je kunt eerst altijd opnieuw proberen om de update te installeren. Lukt dat niet, start je computer dan eens helemaal opnieuw op en probeer het dan nog een keer.
