Grafisch probleem/spel probleem?

Verplaats dit topic maar als het hier niet thuis hoort...

Sinds vanochtend als ik mijn savefile laad krijg ik allemaal stukken van de map te zien zonder weg (Zie plaatje 1 & plaatje 2) Zodra ik hierop ga lopen (dus bijvoorbeeld op plaatje 1 waar de autos rijden) dan val ik door de grond, ook op een klein stukje van de stoep val ik er doorheen... Peds en autos vallen ook door de grond bij plaatje 2

Ik heb nog een groter stuk gevonden hier op plaatje 3...

EDIT 1:

--------> GeForce 7600 GS

--------> AMD Sempron 2400+ (Best ouwe PC :puh:)

--------> 1GB RAM

--------> DirectX 9.0C

--------> Dit is een schone installatie van GTA: San Andreas

EDIT 2:

Geen idee of dit ook bij andere stukken van de map gebeurt ....?!
