Veilig bestanden sharen over LAN

Hoi,

ik vind de functie sharen van Windows heel handig, omdat je makkelijk bestanden over kunt zetten van PC naar PC.

Ik gebruik de functie alleen niet omdat het zo onveilig is, het is zo makkelijk te hacken... liever niet dus

Weet iemand een ander VEILIG programma om dit te doen? Het liefst een programma waarbij het niet op de achtergrond gaat draaien, maar wat je gewoon aanzet als je dit wil.(ivm snelheid computer)

Via USB stick is niet zo handig want mijn laptop heeft USB1, wat inhoud dat het plaatsen van 3.5GB aan muziek 2 uur kost...
