    Op Wikigta staat er niks over een User Track Player functie in Gta: 3.

    Ik heb dit op internet gevonden:

    Een ander leuk pluspuntje is dat GTA 3 verschillende radio zenders kent. Erg handig voor als je in je auto zit. Van klassieke muziek tot trance tot weer de grove humor op Chatterbox, allemaal erg leuk. Maar wat als je favoriete muziekstijl er nu niet bij zit? Geen nood! GTA 3 kent een optie om eigen muziek te importeren. Zet de mp3’s die je wilt gebruiken gewoon in de map mp3 en je zult tijdens het spel je eigen muziek horen op de radio. Tenminste als je de radio wel op het Mp3 Player kanaal zet.

    Hier heb ik een uitgebreide uitleg gevonden.
