    There's no dutch version of GTA IV.

    I was in the dutch mediamarkt and there is a dutch GTAIV box with dutch on the outside.... it says...

    what effect does this have on the game? which parts are in dutch and which are in english?

    The game is pure english, there's no dutch in it except for one pedestrian iirc.

    Only the game's box and manual are in dutch.
