Muliplayer Text chat

Hey mensen,

Ik heb een groot en irritant probleem:

Ik kan de tekst chat op gta iv multiplayer niet gebruiken...als ik op Y druk om te typen staat er: You don't have sufficient privilleges to use network text. Ik ben rank 3 ster (zuig hard tho) en dacht dat ik dan zou kunnen...maar nee.

Alles gebropeerd (denk ik):

-leeftijden gecheked

-rank omhoog gehaald

- opnieuw ingelogd bij de server

- pc reboot

Ik weet het echt niet, en wil graag chatten in lobbies en in-game...weet iemand my a.u.b. te helpen??
