GTA 4 Safe mode

Heey allemaal, ik heb GTA 4 aangeschaft en ik had problemen met Installatie maar dat is voorbij.

opmerkelijk zijn de lage FPS (wat we allemaal al weten), dus ik vroeg me af is er een Safe Mode functie? zo Ja? waar...??
