Geluid van filmpje verwijderen?

Hallo,

Ik heb een met fraps een filmpje opgenomen voor mijn modje maar je hoort me heel erg kuchen (verkoudheid) op de achtergrond. Mijn idee was dus om al het geluid weg te halen. Maar als iemand mij verteld hoe ik dit doe :7

Wie legt het me uit?
