Debug Mode

Hoe enable je Debug Mode? Daarmee kun je in ieder geval cars spawnen, Niko customizen, er zijn andere wagens, je kan de missies kiezen en er is een speciaal testlevel, dat heb ik aangenomen van sommige files. Weet iemand hoe je het kan enablen, ervaren modders?

    Er zijn denk ik nog niet zo veel ervaren modders want gta iv heeft een hele nieuwe engine
