Kladblok/wordpad op vista error

hoi , ik probeer mods op mijn vista pc te installeren in gta sa . nou is mijn probleem dat ik het handling niet kan veranderen op kladblok en wordpad en dus vroeg ik me af of iemand mij kon helpen

    helaas hackman dat werkte niet maar ik heb het al verholpen want als je op rechtermuisknop en dan op eigenschappen klikt ging ik naar beveiliging en zag dat er bij gebruiker maar 1 aangevinkt was en bij admini alles dus heb ik bij gebruiker ook maar alles aangevinkt en nu werkt het.
