SA loopt vast

ik zit met het volgende probleem:

telkens als ik door denice wordt uitgenodigd om koffie te drinken krijg ik zwart beeld en loop SA vast.

bij windows taakbeheer staat dan ook "reageert niet".

wie kan mij helpen?!
