Chapter 2 Online Payment
2.1 General
(1) Unless otherwise set forth in the online user agreement or other relevant agreements, the payment with respect to the Services shall be made through credit card (VISA and MasterCard®).
(2) If You are considered to be a Minor where You reside, You must have the express authorization of Your parent or legal guardian, such authorization shall be evidenced by execution of this Agreement by such parent or legal guardian Konami may apply certain restrictions to Minors regarding the Online Payment.
(3) Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund shall be borne by You, and shall not be deductible from the amount due to Konami.
2.2 Payment through the use of Credit Cards
(1) Online Payments shall be made by credit card. These payments are not collected by Konami directly but by the service provider ("Service Provider").
(2) The credit card must be in your own name, and must be valid at the time of the payment. The payment by a credit card shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement by and between You and the applicable credit card company.
(3) In the event that any dispute arises in connection with the payment between You and the applicable credit card company due to reasons not attributable to Konami, the matter shall be resolved by such parties concerned.
(4) Once a payment has been verified and received by the Service Provider, the payment may not be cancelled.
