is er iemand die weet hoe je de laatste patch uninstalt zonder GTA IV opnieuw te installeren?

Dat zou GEWELDIG zijn !

    gewoon patch 3 weer installeren

    Nee, je moet heel je GTA IV herinstalleren.

    Anders overwrite hij niet alle files.

    o jawel, patch 4 bevat de fixes van patch 1 2 en 3, en omdat patch 4 geen fixes bevat is het eigenlijk een geoptimaliseerde patch 3, dus worden er geen andere files overschreven dan in patch 3
