Vandaag heeft de internationale autosportbond FIA de Formule 1-kalender voor 2008 bekend gemaakt. Er zijn 2 nieuwe races, namelijk de Grand Prix van Singapore en de race in Valencia, die de race van Europa heet. De race in Duitsland is dit maal niet op de Nurburgring, maar op Hockenheim. Vorig jaar stonden deze races allbei nog op de kalender, vanaf 2007 wisselen ze elk jaar af.

16 maart - Grand Prix van Australië

23 maart - Grand Prix van Maleisië

6 april - Grand Prix van Bahrein

27 april - Grand Prix van Spanje

11 mei - Grand Prix van Turkije

25 mei - Grand Prix van Monaco

8 juni - Grand Prix van Canada (onder voorbehoud)

22 juni - Grand Prix van Frankrijk

6 juli - Grand Prix van Groot-Brittannië

20 juli - Grand Prix van Duitsland

3 augustus - Grand Prix van Hongarije

24 agusutus - Grand Prix van Europa

7 september - Grand Prix van Italië

14 september - Grand Prix van België

28 september - Grand Prix van Singapore

12 oktober - Grand Prix van China

19 oktober - Grand Prix van Japan

2 november - Grand Prix van Brazilië

    Ziet er opzich noggoed uit, 18 races :) Ik las op formule1.nl dat de circuits van Valencia en Singapore nog wel goed gekeurd moeten worden. Nu nog hopen op een snelle terugkeer van San Marino.

    Is dit niet uitzonderlijk vroeg dat de kalender uitkomt.

    Gelukkig, mijn mooie races zitten er nog bij. Ben zeer tevreden met de nieuwe kalender.
