Met deze tool kan je de waterhoogte in GTA IV (Liberty City) veranderen.

Belangrijk: Voordat je dit gaat gebruiken, dus voordat je gaat "modden", zorg ervoor dat je GTA IV moddable is!

Hoe werkt het?

  1. Je geeft bij de 1e keer opstarten de map op waar je GTA IV geïnstalleerd hebt.
  2. Je typt de gewenste waterhoogte in.
  3. Je drukt op "Instellen".
  4. GTA IV spelen.
