GTA IV start niet op

ik heb gta iv geinstalleert maar al ik danop dat icoontje klik van gta iv krijg ik een zwart vakje waar boven staat gta iv launcher en links boven in dat zwarte vakje knippert een wit balkje en als ik het via social club doe krijg ik dat zelfde. Wat is dat en wat moet ik dan doen?
