Bewegende achtergrond

Ik heb een bewegende achtergrond voor een sig gemaakt die ik zometeen ga maken, maar als ik hem plak dan blijft ie gewoon stilstaan. Hoe kan ik hem toch bewegend maken?

    Ik had PhotoShop maar die was verlopen. Ik heb die kunstwerkjes van toen die ik heb gemaakt met PS nog bewaard
