Overigens iets veel leukers; er gaan nu sterke geruchten rond dat er PSN Cards verschijnen, want wanneer je naar het transactiebeheer in je account gaat, zul je opmerken dat daar sinds kort de tekst "Inlossen van PLAYSTATION©NETWORK Card of promotiecode" staat. Het ziet er dus naar uit dat wij op een niet al te lang termijn ook de cards mogen verwelkomen.

Firmware version 2.0 verschijnt morgen

De langverwachte Firmware 2.00 zal morgen te downloaden zijn. De firmware bevat nog steeds geen ingame-XMB toegan, wat wij erg teleurstellend vinden. Gelukkig zijn er wel genoeg nieuwe verbeteringen om ons tevreden te houden.

Zo kun je nu een playlist maken voor je muziek en foto's. Dankzij de nieuwe firmware van de PSP en PS3 is het nu ook mogelijk om via je PSP de PS3 aan te zetten en zo overal ter wereld te navigeren in je PS3.

Het XMB kun je ook veranderen door de kleur en helderheid te veranderen of door gewoon een heel ander thema te gebruiken. Verder zal er op het XMB een Information Board te vinden zijn, welk het laatste Playstation nieuws plaatst (waarschijnlijk door IGN). Er is ook een PSN categorie bijgekomen, dit om makkelijker te navigeren.

Uncharted demo is nu te downloaden in USA store

Ook zijn er 3 themes voor firmware 2.0 te downloaden.

Verder viel me op aan fw 2.0 dat het internet browser erg is vernieuwd, nieuste versie van java wost nu ook ondersteund en je kan dus op veel meer sites 9handig voor mij want wij hebben maar 1 pc en die is vaak bezet)

Ik heb hem zojuist ook even gedownload, en het ziet er allemaal erg geil uit. De thema's vrolijken het een beetje op, en daarnaast zijn er ook veel nieuwe mogelijkheden die hierboven al genoemd werden. Way to go Sony, en binnenkort ook nog eens een paar (exclusieve) toppers

Die demo van uncharted werkt helemaal niet, je krijgt een zwart scherm na het opstarten :@ (als je niet geloofd of wil kijkejn of het bij jouw anders is download hem maar).

Er is in ieder geval nog iemand met het zelfde probleem dus het zal wel niet aan mij liggen, de uncharted demo werkt gewoon niet op een EU PS3

Jammer voor iedereen zoals ik die naar de demo uitkeken

klopt, en daar breekt sony weer een belofte, de playstation 3 zou qua games regiovrij zijn, we zien hier dus dat het tegendeel bewezen is, maar ik geloof dat er voor een zo snel mogelijke oplossing zou worden gezorgt.

Jup, ik vind dat hippie thema met die regenboog en dat hartje als achtergrond zo geweldig hé. Veel beter dan dat formele golfje de hele tijd. Straks de nieuwe thema's eens proberen. Kijken of die ook mijn hart kunnen veroveren.

Nee daar is helemaal niets van waar

Nee, zoals Advancegta zegt is daar niets van waar, zolang je maar niet de knop aan de achterkant uit zet als je PS3 nog gewoon aanstand. Alleen als het de enigste oplossing is mag je die knop gebruiken als alles nog aanstaat, anders is het ten strengste afgeraden. Behalve als die al op standby staat natuurlijk.

Iedereen zeer teleurgesteld over de demo van Uncharted, ik zelf ook hoor, maar ze proberen er alles aan te doen om het ook op PAL-consoles te laten draaien. Lukt dat niet, dan kunnen wij op 22 November ermee aan de slag. Nog 2 weekjes, maar dan zit ik midden in Assassin's Creed, dus of ik daar dan nog tijd voor heb

De demo van uncharted werkt nu wel.

Ik heb nog niet gekeken in de US playstation store maar wat ik uit dit bericht haal is dat de oude demo is vervangen door de gefixte demo.

En dat thema met die hartjes en regenboog vind ik ook geweldig, heb hem nu ook

Die staat alleen in de amrikaanse playstation store.

Om die demo te doemloaden moet je een amerikaans account aanmaken dus, gewoon ff in google intypen amerikaans ps3 account en het wordt uitgelegt hoe het moet.

In die amerikaanse store staan ook veel meer demos die je hier niet hebt zoals timeshift demo, uncharted demo, NFS prostreet demo enz.
