De tweede Grand Theft Auto 4 trailer is evenals de eerste trailer iets langer dan een minuut, maar toont veel meer van het verhaal van GTA IV. In de trailer zien we hoe Niko en Roman wanhopig op zoek zijn naar een bepaald iemand ('searching for that special someone'). Wie dat is en waarom ze hem zoeken is vooralsnog onduidelijk. Het muzieknummer dat gebruikt wordt in deze trailer is "Arm in Arm (Shy Child remix)" van de New Yorkse band "The Boggs".
