Dit is de eerste trailer van Grand Theft Auto 4 die op 29 maart 2007 op het internet verscheen. De trailer duurt ongeveer een minuut en toont met name een aantal beelden van de stad waar GTA IV zich af zal spelen: Liberty City. De stad is geheel opnieuw vormgegeven en heeft nu veel meer weg van het echte New York. Zo zijn het Vrijheidsbeeld, de Brooklyn Bridge en het Chrysler Building te herkennen in de trailer. Verder zijn er onder andere een bovengrondse metro, de achtbaan 'The Screamer' en het vrachtschip 'The Platypus' te zien. De trailer is geheel in de stijl van de documentairefilm Koyaanisqatsi. Tevens wordt de originele muziek van Philip Glass uit deze film gebruikt.
