In december 2013 berichtten we al dat Lindsay Lohan een advocaat in de arm had genomen om Take-Two Interactive aan te klagen voor haar "rol" in GTA V. Volgens de New York Post heeft Lohan nu ook daadwerkelijk het bedrijf aangeklaagd.
Volgens de krant staat het volgende in de rechtszaak:
The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years.
Eerder werd al bekend dat Rockstar aangeklaagd is door de dochter van een maffiabaas. Deze rechtszaak loopt nog steeds.
